Charging Station Planning with Mobile Charging Stations under Energy-Transport-Information Integration
In light of the accelerated evolution of electric vehicles and the notable tidal charging phenomenon, investigating the planning methodologies for charging stations incorporating mobile charging piles is of paramount importance. This paper considers the integration framework of energy, transportation, and information. Initially, models for energy, transportation, and information are established separately, based on graph theory. Subsequently, a planning model for charging stations with mobile charging piles is developed with the objective of minimising planning costs. This model is solved by the commercial solver Gurobi. Finally, the simulation results validate the economic and practical benefits of the proposed model.
