Multi-layer hierarchical control strategy for station energy mutualization based on consistency algorithm*
Electrical energy router (EER) is a key device for building energy internet. Aiming at the problems of cross-regional consumption and power interconnection in AC-DC distribution networks containing multiple electrical energy routers (EERs), a distributed control based on consistency algorithm (DCCA) strategy is proposed for the EER interconnection ports, which can realize cross-regional power interconnection under the premise of ensuring DC bus voltage stability. The distributed control based on consistency algorithm (DCCA) strategy is proposed to realize the cross-regional mutual power consumption under the premise of DC bus voltage stabilization, and the DCCA strategy adopts a hierarchical control structure and introduces the secondary control of power delivery and the tertiary control of power distribution on the basis of the droop control, so that the EER only needs to communicate with the neighboring units to obtain the global information, which overcomes the problem of cross-region mutual consumption and power mutualization in the cyberphysical system (C) and the power distribution system (PDS). The EER only needs to communicate with neighboring units to obtain global information, which overcomes the limitation of centralized control of cyberphysical system (CPS) that is highly dependent on communication; it can still maintain reliable operation even if part of the communication line fails, and it has strong robustness. Through the MATLAB platform simulation platform to build the corresponding model, simulation examples, verify the effectiveness and robustness of the control strategy.
