Resilience Assessment of Power System for Extreme Ice disasters
Extreme ice disasters have a serious impact on the power system. It is particularly important to assess the resilience of the power system under extreme disasters. This article models ice and snow disasters, constructs a probability model of line failures affected by ice disasters, and then constructs a resilience assessment index to reflect the resilience level of the power system. The results indicate that the proposed system level resilience assessment method is satisfied.
