Collaborative planning method for independent microgrids under the integrated energy consumption mode of electricity, heat, and oxygen
Independent microgrids are an effective solution to the problem of power supply in remote areas that cannot be covered by large power grids such as polar scientific research stations and isolated islands. However, the planning of independent microgrids faces a contradiction between power supply safety and the consumption of new energy. Especially, the planning of microgrids under the condition of integrated energy consumption of electricity, heat, and oxygen involves more factors to consider and more complex constraints. This article focuses on the significant seasonal differences in energy demand under the electricity heat oxygen integrated energy consumption mode of an independent operating microgrid system. While ensuring the reliability of heating, oxygen supply, and important load power supply, the work efficiency and benefits of the microgrid are improved. Combining the time delay characteristics of the thermal storage system and the adjustable characteristics of the oxygen load, a suitable power balance strategy for source load storage coordinated control is formulated. Finally, the particle swarm algorithm was used to calculate and analyze the optimal configurations for four scenarios: light storage, light storage with additional oxygen production, light storage of firewood, and light storage of firewood with additional oxygen production. The planning results showed that the configuration scheme considering oxygen production load had a lower overall cost.
