The cooperative optimization strategy of fault recovery and emergency repair of distribution network after disaster is considered
Extreme natural disasters can easily trigger large-scale failures in distribution networks, seriously threatening the safety and stability of power systems. To address such challenges, this paper proposes a fault recovery strategy to enhance the resilience of post-disaster distribution networks. First, a hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm based on a dynamic adaptive mutation strategy (AVPSO) is used for fault reconfiguration. Then, breadth-first search is applied to achieve islanding operation for branches disconnected from the main grid, and combined with fault repair priorities, it aims to minimize network losses and optimize the power restoration process. Finally, simulations of various fault scenarios on the IEEE 69-bus system show that the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm significantly improves the fault recovery rate, validating the effectiveness of this strategy.
