Multi-Objective Optimization Method of Virtual Power Plant Using Aquila Optimizer Algorithm
The virtual power plant is in an emerging stage, but most of the optimization of the virtual power plant stays in the case of achieving a single objective function optimization. To solve this problem, this paper comprehensively considers three objective functions to complete the multi-objective optimization of virtual power plant. Firstly, the virtual power plant is modeled, and the corresponding objective functions and constraints are obtained. Then, an optimal evaluation method combination model based on the principle of minimum variance is proposed. The indexes of each objective function in the virtual power plant are weighted, and the optimal solution of the model is solved to determine the optimal combination weight of the indexes, so that the individual evaluation of multiple objective functions of the virtual power plant is transformed into a single objective evaluation of the whole virtual power plant. Finally, the Aquila Optimizer Algorithm is used to obtain the optimal scheme of the overall objective function of the virtual power plant, and the comprehensive optimization of multiple objectives of the virtual power plant is realized.
