Flexibility Resource Peaking Compensation Price Decisions in the Context of Ancillary Services Markets
In this paper, a two-layer compensation price decision model is proposed to solve the problem of low participation of peaking resources in power system. The model comprehensively considers a variety of flexible resources such as thermal power, renewable energy, energy storage equipment and demand response. Through internal and external double-layer optimization, the peak compensation price is reasonably determined to improve the flexible adjustment ability of the system and the absorption rate of renewable energy. The paper verifies the validity and rationality of the model through the analysis of various scenarios, and emphasizes the promotion of the optimization price compensation to the system economy and the consumption rate of renewable energy.
