Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation index System for Assessing the Development Level of New Power Systems

A comprehensive and objective evaluation of the construction level of the new power system in Northern Hebei is essential for its effective planning and implementation. This paper responds to the specific needs of the new power system in Northern Hebei by developing a detailed evaluation framework that incorporates five primary indicators: low-carbon random coupling power sources, resilient and flexible smart grids, and diverse collaborative interactive loads. Each indicator is clearly defined, with corresponding calculation methods provided. Additionally, a hierarchical evaluation system based on these indicators is proposed. This framework serves as a valuable decision-making tool for future planning and key construction initiatives of the new power system in Northern Hebei, promoting the efficient development of the regional power system.
