Robust optimal allocation method for distributed shared energy storage of new energy station based on cooperative game

In the context of the contemporary electricity framework, the primary objective for each region is to develop a power system that integrates a substantial amount of renewable energy sources. The intermittency, randomness and volatility of renewable energy pose great challenges to the grid. Reasonable optimization of energy storage is an effective way to increase the flexibility and stability of power system. However, at present, most regions adopt a one-size-fits-all strategy for the energy storage configuration, resulting in ordinary energy storage systems only serve independent new energy stations, and high barriers to unified energy storage scheduling between power stations, resulting in suboptimal use of energy storage systems and high operating costs. The shared energy storage can effectively solve the above problems. A robust optimal allocation method for distributed shared energy storage of new energy stations is proposed in this article to enhance system operational flexibility, robustness, and economic efficiency. Firstly, The model of distributed shared energy storage is utilized at new energy stations that are in close electrical distance, and the new energy stations are formed into an alliance, and the cooperation game is carried out to obtain the highest alliance economic benefits. Then, with the uncertainty of renewable energy as the constraints, to guarantee the robustness of the configuration scheme, a robust optimal configuration model of shared energy storage is established. Finally, the Shapley value method is used to make a profit distribution plan to ensure that all alliance participants get reasonable benefits.
