Harmonic Resonance Control Strategy for Offshore Wind Power System Based on Additional Control
Offshore wind power is a key element in China’s accelerated energy transition to achieve zero-carbon goals. However, the resonant stability issue of large-scale alternating current offshore wind power systems (OWPSs) is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, this paper first establishes an impedance model of OWPSs suitable for Electrical Resonant Stability (ERS) analysis, and establishes the small-signal disturbance transmission path inside the wind turbine. Then, a supplementary controller based on phase correction control is designed. Using the s-domain node admittance matrix method, the ERS of OWPSs is analyzed, and the optimal parameters for the supplementary controller are tuned. Finally, simulations were conducted in PSCAD on a large domestic OWPSs system, verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed resonance control strategy.
