The Model and Outlook of Renewable Energy Systems
With the growing global demand for clean energy, hybrid renewable energy systems (HRES) are increasingly becoming a key solution to address energy shortages and reduce carbon emissions. This paper evaluates the major renewable energy sources (RES), including wind, solar, hydropower, geothermal, and biomass, and their integration into hybrid systems. It also explores various energy storage solutions, such as batteries, pumped hydroelectric storage, and hydrogen storage. Future research directions are discussed, focusing on emerging energy storage technologies to promote the development of energy sustainability.
