Research on Load Control Based on Users' Primitive Energy Needs in 100% Green Electricity Supplied Energy Systems

This paper proposes a load control model based on users' primitive energy needs to address the controllability challenges in 100% green electricity supplied energy systems. It analyzes the mechanism for submitting users' primitive energy needs and provides a macro pathway for load control. A basic load model is developed, along with four load adjustment methods and their models: shifting, segmentation, interruption, and ultra-short-term interruption. On this basis, three load control mechanisms—scheduling control, peak control, and interruption control—are analyzed, and corresponding models are presented. The application of the most common and essential scheduling control model is illustrated through case studies, along with strategy selection. Unlike traditional load control, which heavily relies on economic incentives and user feedback, the proposed model focuses on users' explicitly stated energy needs and controllable load ranges, resulting in deeper and broader control while inherently ensuring user satisfaction.
