A Two-stage Robust Optimal Day-ahead Dispatching Method for H2-IES Considering Uncertainty

The integrated energy system with hydrogen (H<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>-IES) constructed in this paper introduces hydrogen energy utilization, including electrolysis tanks, hydrogen fuel cells, and other equipment. In the context of constructing a new type of power system characterized by a high proportion of new energy access, it is worthwhile to carry out an optimal dispatching study of the H<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>-IES under a high proportion of new energy access. In this paper, a two-stage robust optimization day-ahead dispatching model of H<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>-IES is constructed by considering the uncertainty of multiple energy sources. Firstly, considering the uncertainty of renewable energy output in the park, a two-stage min-max-min three-layer robust day-ahead optimization dispatching model is constructed to solve the operating intervals of the equipment in the first stage, and then in the second stage, considering the uncertainty of the renewable energy output in the park, a specific dispatching plan for the equipment is obtained based on the operating intervals of the equipment in the first stage, and the optimal operating intervals of the equipment and the specific dispatching arrangement of the corresponding scenarios can be obtained through the cooperative optimization solution between the two-stage models. The proposed model is essentially a two-stage three-layer MILP problem, which is solved based on nested column and constraint generation algorithm and KKT conditions.
