Approach of Black Start Scenario for Photovoltaic-Storage-Charging-Discharging Station Based on Source-Network-Load-Storage System
The Inverters based on source-network-load-storage, that can be classified into Grid Following (GFL) inverters and Grid Forming (GFM) inverters. In GFL mode, the voltage and frequency are regulated by the grid and therefore operate as grid-connected inverters. In GFM mode, one or several of the inverters should be used as voltage and/or frequency regulators to form the local grid. It is called vehicle to line (V2L) charging network When vehicle to grid operates in GFM mode. In this paper, approach of black start scenario for photovoltaic-storage-charging-discharging integrated energy station based on source-network-load-storage is discussed and put forward. The developed charging network consists of photovoltaic panels and GFM photovoltaic inverter, GFM V2L inverter, GFM storage inverter, energy storage system, general loads and key loads. GFM inverters operate in charging network mode to supply power to the grid, which realizing uninterrupted power supply or black-start power supply to key loads. And the charging network improve the reliability of power supply in the site of State Grid, Beijing Chaoyang Electric Power Supply Company.
