SF6 Gas Leak Detector Based on Photoacoustic Sensing
SF6 is a synthetic gas with a potent greenhouse effect and is extensively used in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS). This paper presents the design of a highly sensitive, miniaturized photoacoustic gas sensor specifically for SF6 leakage monitoring. Experimental results demonstrate that the sensor achieves a response of 14.47 μV/ppm within the concentration range of 0-100 ppm. Based on variance analysis, the detection limit for SF6 gas reaches 1.04 ppm with an integration time of just 1 second.
