Resilience enhancement of port power systems through integration of multi-energy systems
Port power systems relies on external power systems. In order to cope with the blackout in ports due to failure of the external power system, this paper proposes a two-layer resilience enhancement framework through integrated multi-energy systems, which considers the optimization of both the energy side and the load side. On the power supply side, wind and solar power are used as energy input, and the optimal economic operation of the energy system is taken as the goal, and a control strategy is formulated for the related equipment of the integrated energy system in the off-grid state. On the demand side, the loads in the port area are classified according to their importance. When the external power grid cannot supply electricity, the load is restored according to the importance, and the important load of the port is restored to the maximum extent. At the same time, the average load recovery rate of the port at each time node is increased by 18.94%.
