Automatic Identification Method for Reactive Power and Voltage Control Area in Distribution Network Based on Dynamic Segmentation Theory-Reactive Voltage Sensitivity

With the continuous expansion of distribution networks, the integration of numerous distributed power sources has made voltage characteristics increasingly complex, complicating voltage control in these networks. Voltage partitioning can divide the distribution network into multiple sub-regions, ensuring strong coupling among nodes within each region, thus enabling independent voltage control in each area. However, most current methods primarily focus on structural partitioning, neglecting dynamic characteristics and regional coordination. Therefore, this paper proposes a partitioning method based on dynamic segmentation theory, combined with reactive voltage sensitivity. This method starts with the network's structure and utilizes actual distribution network flow data to achieve effective voltage control area partitioning. Finally, the feasibility of this method is validated through case studies on the IEEE 33-node distribution network.
