Sliding Mode Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on New Approach Rate and Feedforward Compensation
Due to the large overshoot, long adjustment time, and poor anti-interference ability of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system, this paper designs a new sliding mode surface function and a new sliding mode approach rate, and constructs a new sliding mode controller. To further improve the anti-interference ability of the PMSM control system, a Luenberger observer was designed to observe the load torque and act as a feedforward compensation to resist the disturbance of the load torque. Comparing PI, traditional sliding mode controller, new sliding mode controller, and new sliding mode controller based on feedforward compensation through simulation, PMSM using new sliding mode controller based on feedforward compensation has fast convergence speed, no overshoot, and strong anti-interference ability.
