Optimization strategy for monthly green electricity and green certificate transactions for electricity retailer considering renewable energy consumption responsibilities
The 3060 goal puts forward new requirements for the consumption of renewable energy. As the entity of the wholesale market, electricity retailer bear corresponding responsibilities. This article explores how electricity retailer can maximize profits by optimizing monthly green electricity and green certificate trading strategies while considering the responsibility of renewable energy consumption. Firstly, the article analyzes the electricity purchase costs of e-sellers in thermal power, hydropower and non-hydropower renewable energy markets, as well as the revenue uncertainty under fixed-price contract and floating-price contract models. Then, a power purchase strategy optimization model based on profit maximization is proposed, which considers the market clearing price, renewable energy consumption quota requirements, non-water renewable energy consumption responsibility and other factors. Through the analysis of numerical examples, the power purchase ratio and green certificate purchase volume of electricity retailer in different energy markets in each month of the next year are analyzed, and the optimal strategy is obtained. The research results show that electricity retailer can set up different types of electricity sales packages in the retail market, by predicting the future clearing price, it can provide a reference for electricity retailer to consider the electricity purchase strategy of renewable energy consumption.
