Design and Temperature Field Analysis of hybrid Excitation Alternating pole Permanent Magnet Linear Motor
In this paper, a hybrid-excitation alternating-pole permanent magnet linear motor is proposed. The structure integrates the topology of two kinds of alternating pole permanent magnet linear motors. The flux linkage intersection of the permanent magnets between the primary and secondary in the same direction further improves the thrust density of the motor and increases the flux utilization rate of the internal space of the motor. By analyzing the magnetic circuit direction of the motor, the network topology of the motor is established, and the space air gap permeance of the motor is calculated. Through the finite element analysis of the motor, the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor under no-load and load conditions are obtained and the structure of the motor is optimized. Finally, the temperature rise analysis of the motor is carried out, and the temperature rise curve and temperature field distribution cloud diagram of each part of the motor under the working condition are obtained, which further illustrates the rationality of the motor in this state.
