Research on Key Technologies of Intelligent Inspection Equipment and System Pilot Platform

Intelligent inspection equipment and systems are important media for implementing machine replacement for substation equipment inspection. In response to the current problems of low reliability of intelligent inspection equipment and insufficient recognition accuracy of intelligent inspection algorithm models for some typical defects, it is necessary to carry out performance testing, functional verification, and reliability assessment of substation intelligent inspection systems, robots, and drones to improve the defect recognition, operation processing capabilities, and reliability of intelligent inspection equipment. This article focuses on the key technologies of intelligent inspection equipment and system pilot platforms, proposing the key technologies of three pilot platforms: extreme environment inspection unmanned aerial vehicles, substation intelligent inspection systems based on artificial intelligence, and high reliability substation inspection robots, and clarifying the on-site verification methods of the platforms.
