Research on Flexible Load Aggregation Modeling and Coordinated Control Method in Distribution Substation Area
At the present stage, the load-side equipment in the distribution substation area is more diversified, and the large number of temperature-controlled loads, electric vehicles, distributed energy storage and other resources make the load-side flexibility and controllability enhanced, providing abundant adjustable resources for the power grid. How the large-scale adjustable load-side resources participate in the operation and control of the power system has become a new challenge for the power grid, however, there is a lack of in-depth research on cooperative control and optimal scheduling methods for massive heterogeneous loads. Therefore, this paper takes the flexible loads in the distribution substation area as the main research object. Firstly, defines the common controllable energy state margin index for flexible loads, and establishes the aggregation model of flexible loads with the controllable energy state margin index as the state variable. Secondly, in order to solve the problem of cooperative control of heterogeneous loads, a system of controllable margin indexes of heterogeneous loads characterizing the load regulation ability is established, and a flexible load state sequence control method based on the controllable margin indexes is proposed to realize the joint regulation of loads. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the heterogeneous load cooperative control method are verified through simulation example analysis.
