A Study of Regional Electricity Market System Dynamics Under Policy Factor Considerations

This study aims to explore the dynamic influence mechanism of policy factors on the green co-evolution system of regional power market, focusing on the role and effect of key policy tools such as carbon quota policy, renewable energy consumption responsibility weighting policy and China's Certified Voluntary Emission reduction (CCER) policy in the development of this system. By constructing a system dynamic model based on policy factors, this paper conducts basic scenario setting and sensitivity analysis, comprehensively evaluates the role and influence of policy factors in the green co-evolution of the regional power market, and reveals the development trend and evolution law of the regional power market under policy regulation. The research results show that the change of policy variables directly affects the key data indicators in the market, and then acts on the market structure and the direction of technological innovation, and has a significant impact on the market ecosystem. The research in this paper provides a scientific basis for the government departments to formulate more accurate and effective policies, has important guiding significance for promoting the sustainable development and green co-evolution of the regional power market, and provides a forward-looking and operational cooperation scheme for relevant parties in the power industry in practice.
