Research on the Optimization of Multi-Energy Flow System Based on Energy Circuit Theory and PINN
With the widespread application of renewable energy, traditional centralized energy systems are transitioning to decentralized and diversified renewable energy structures. This paper establishes a coupled dynamic model of electricity, heat, and gas based on Energy Circuit Theory (ECT), investigating the operational characteristics of devices such as heat pumps and water pumps. It explores optimization modeling and simulation methods for regional multi-energy flow systems based on ECT and Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINN). Through practical case analyses, the study validates the effectiveness of PINN for energy flow solutions and demonstrates the efficacy of dynamic modeling in smoothing and suppressing energy consumption fluctuations.
