Research on a new county power distribution system based on metric hierarchical coordinated control
Currently, the research on power distribution automation in China mainly focuses on urban centres, while the research on county distribution networks is relatively small. In this paper, we aim to solve the problem of unbalanced active power distribution in traditional county distribution systems, and innovatively propose a "meta-meta-sharing" strategy for metacell-level energy units in new county distribution networks. First, we explored and designed the metacell structure in the distribution system, which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent work. Subsequently, under the constructed multi-level and multi-cell grid-connected control framework, we cleverly integrate the multi-intelligent body system technology, consider each cell as an independent intelligent entity, and through precise regulatory commands, we achieve the efficient and coordinated operation among cells while keeping the power fluctuation of the whole group of cells at a minimum. Finally, to verify the effectiveness and superiority of this coordination strategy, we designed and implemented a series of simulation experiments from three key dimensions of power distribution system operation stability, reliability and efficiency, and the results fully proved the feasibility and potential value of the proposed strategy in practical applications.
