Study on CO Detection Based on Wavelength Modulated Cantilever Enhanced Photoacoustic Spectroscopy
Due to its excellent insulation and arc extinguishing properties, SF<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">6</inf> is widely used in gas insulated equipment. When it comes to organic insulating materials, CO will be generated under faults such as partial discharge or overheating in SF<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">6</inf> gas insulated equipment. In this paper, based on the cantilever enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy technology, a CO near infrared detection platform is built, the optimal modulation frequency and modulation depth of the system are studied, and the detection effect of the first four harmonics is studied. Finally, the second harmonic detection with the highest signal-to-noise ratio and good stability is adopted, and the results show that the lower detection limit of the system is 13.7ppm, and the linearity of the response of multi-concentration CO is verified. This work can provide a reference for the monitoring of the insulation status of gas insulated equipment and the safe and stable operation of the power system.
