Diseño integral del programa de conservación y manejo de la flora para mitigar el impacto ambiental del parque fotovoltaico en San Juan del Cesar, Guajira

The present research aims to design a conservation and management program for the flora of the slopes ofthe Cesar River to mitigate the environmental impact caused by the installation of a photovoltaic park in themunicipality of San Juan del Cesar. To achieve this goal, a qualitative methodological process was carried out,through which observation and documentary collection techniques were applied to achieve the stated objectives.The results obtained focus first on the assessment of the environmental impacts caused by the installation of thephotovoltaic park, which primarily affects the flora. Then, strategies were established to mitigate the diagnosedimpacts. Finally, a flora management and conservation program was designed for the slopes of the Cesar River.
