Design of a Smart Tourism Route Optimization System for Scenic Areas Based on the Spark Framework
Using tourism information service to optimize the tour routes of smart tourist attractions, improve the intelligent planning level of tour routes of tourist attractions, enhance the tourist experience, increase the satisfaction of tourists, and realize the effective utilization of tourism resources and the sustainable development of scenic spots, this paper puts forward an optimization method of tour route of smart tourist attractions based on Spark framework. Integrating tourism information based on Spark framework, and generating a set of recommended attractions by calculating the scores of tourists and recommended attractions. Calculate the network heat of the recommended scenic spots and the tourist heat of the scenic spots, and then obtain the comprehensive attraction index of the scenic spots and the attraction index of the tourist routes of the scenic spots. According to the index, the multi-objective function and constraint conditions of scenic spot tour route optimization are determined. The multi-objective function is solved by using polymorphic ant colony algorithm, and the optimization results of the tour route of smart tourist attractions are obtained. The test results show that compared with the traditional methods, the proposed method can effectively complete the information integration of each scenic spot and generate the recommendation list of scenic spot information. The cumulative gain values of normalized losses are all above 0.926. The maximum satisfaction of single tourists to the optimized route is 97.44%, and the maximum satisfaction of group tourists to the optimized route is 95.86%. There is no turning back and repetition in the obtained route, which can maximize the length of the tour route and provide tourists with a better sense of travel experience.
