Autocomposição e trabalho na era digital

This article examines the role of autocomposition in protecting workers' rights in a context of increasing precarization and flexibility in the workplace, particularly in the context of uberization and digital platform-based work. Based on a qualitative approach, the research adopts a critical analysis of academic literature and emblematic case studies, as well as reports from labor organizations. The review of concepts such as precarization, platform work, and autocomposition serves as a foundation for exploring the intersections between these themes. The central objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of autocomposition as a tool for protecting and strengthening labor rights in the digital age. The results indicate that autocomposition can act as a viable mechanism to mitigate the adverse effects of precarization, offering a pathway to strengthen working conditions in an environment of extreme volatility.
