A gente junta os cacos e vai embora
The work of the technical teams of the Unified Social Assistance System has been marked by policies that make work more flexible and precarious. This study aimed to understand the work experiences of the technical team of a CRAS in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. This is a qualitative study, which involved the participation of 7 workers, aged between 25 and 60 years old. The collection included the application of a sociodemographic questionnaire and a focus group. Data analysis was based on the Meaning Nucleus Analysis technique, with three nuclei being established: the first, presenting the characteristics of the workspace; the second, presenting experiences of suffering; the third nucleus, presenting strategies for mediating suffering. It was concluded that actions to promote and care for the health of SUAS workers are necessary so that they can carry out their work with quality, guaranteeing the rights guaranteed to the population.
