Individualización y construcción de las desigualdades en las experiencias de trabajo

This article shares findings on the ways in which technological mediation and the processes of individualization that it entails impact work experiences and are in solidarity with the processes of precarization and construction of inequalities that mark our times. Based on the review of studies carried out in traditional activities such as university teaching and in emerging occupations such as delivery work mediated by platforms, the objective and subjective factors that configure precariousness are identified and the meanings associated with the production and construction of inequalities are reconstructed.
