MODERN CLASSIFICATION OF UNEMPLOYMENT, AUDIT AND ANALYSIS OF THE CAUSES OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

The issue of unemployment in Kyrgyzstan has attracted significant attention from researchers because of its substantial effect on socioeconomic stability. To analyze this phenomenon, formal concept analysis methods and comparative approaches to defining and classifying unemployment were applied. The main types of unemployment, their characteristics, and key factors influencing labor market dynamics were identified. The focus was on hidden unemployment, migration, social support, and education's impact on workers' qualifications regionally. The classifications were analyzed and compared, leading to recommendations for improving state employment policy. The results may be useful for developing support programs and conducting further research in this area.
