FORMATION OF A TOURISM CLUSTER IN ECONOMY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
This article examines current trends in tourism cluster development within the Kyrgyz Republic's economy, focusing on the "Three Peaks" project in Issyk-Kul region. The analysis shows how cluster initiatives catalyze growth in related sectors and enhance the appeal of regional investments. International cooperation includes the French company S3V and the “Tourism.RF” corporation in project implementation. The expected socioeconomic impacts include thousands of new jobs, increased tax revenues, and improved infrastructure. A comparative analysis with the Russian “Three Volcanoes” cluster is presented. Innovative approaches and dynamic evaluation methods for long-term projects that support Kyrgyzstan’s tourism and economic development should be emphasized.
