ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING PUBLIC WELFARE
This study examines how citizens' income affects small- and medium-sized business development in Kyrgyzstan, considering international experience and economic changes in the country. Data show that the average wage in the Republic is lower than that in developed countries, restricting demand and investment opportunities. Attention is paid to enterprise numbers, where slow growth and barriers are observed in the study area. Limited access to finance and low purchasing power hinder entrepreneurial growth. The conclusions highlight the need for comprehensive government support measures to stimulate innovation, create jobs, and improve societal welfare. These findings emphasize the importance of effective state policies.
