ANÁLISE QUANTITATIVA DO IMPACTO SOCIAL DAS AGÊNCIAS DE FOMENTO AO EMPREENDEDORISMO NO ESTADO DO AMAZONAS

This research aims to quantify the social impact of agencies that promote entrepreneurship in the state of Amazonas, focusing on the economic and social development resulting from their actions. Using a comparative methodology, data from the years 2019 and 2024 were analyzed based on AFEAM's funding reports, JUCEA data, and IBGE's unemployment rate. The results indicate that these agencies have a significant positive impact, as evidenced by the increase in job creation, income growth, and improvements in the quality of life of assisted communities. This impact is crucial in a regional context marked by socio-economic challenges. However, the research also revealed the need to improve access to financial resources and expand the technical training offered to local entrepreneurs. The conclusions highlight the importance of integrated public policies aligned with the agencies' activities, as well as continuous investments to maximize and sustain the benefits generated. This analysis reaffirms the vital role of these agencies in strengthening the economic and social fabric of Amazonas, fostering a more favorable environment for entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
