The influence of macroeconomic instability on the operational management of enterprises.
The article examines the impact of macroeconomic instability on the operational management system of enterprises in modern conditions of the functioning of the national economy. The main factors of the external environment that cause the destabilization of operational activities are analyzed, in particular inflationary processes, exchange rate fluctuations, increasing resource costs, disruption of supply chains, political instability and a decrease in the purchasing power of the population. The critical dependence of internal business processes of enterprises on macroeconomic changes is substantiated, which necessitates the prompt revision of production plans, budgets and management decisions. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of adaptive strategies of operational management that can ensure the stability of enterprises in a crisis environment. The most effective tools are identified - the implementation of flexible production models (Lean Production), digital transformation of business processes (ERP/CRM), scenario planning, flexible inventory management, and operational risk audit. A comparative assessment of the effectiveness of these approaches in conditions of a stable and unstable economy is presented, the results of which confirm the increase in efficiency precisely during periods of instability. The importance of flexibility, digitalization and integration in the operational management system is emphasized to ensure the continuity of production and adaptability to crisis challenges.
