Optimization of Electrical Control and Design of Automation Control System in Smart Substations

The rapid development of smart grids has raised higher demands for substation automation control. Focusing on the characteristics of 330kV substations, a smart automation control system has been designed and implemented. This system adopts a layered architecture and integrates high-speed data acquisition, intelligent control algorithms, and human-machine interaction modules. Performance tests of the system show a data acquisition success rate of 99.999%, an average response time of 78ms, and the capability to process 100,000 data points per second. In practical applications, the system has improved the operational efficiency of substations by 25% and reduced manual intervention by 30%. The research outcomes provide new technical solutions for the construction of smart grids and hold significant importance in enhancing the intelligence level of power systems.
