Research on the Secure Transmission Mechanism of Time Series Data in Power Plants
With the continuous improvement of the automation level of thermal power plants, the secure transmission of time series data has become a key link to ensure the efficient operation and safety management of the system. This paper proposes a secure transmission mechanism for time series data based on DCS system, SIS module and time series database, aiming to deal with the security and real-time issues of key parameters of thermal power plants (such as boiler temperature, pressure, reheat temperature, etc.) during transmission. By introducing isolation devices such as network gates and combining the performance comparison analysis of transmission protocols such as CDT and Modbus, the transmission performance and security of the designed architecture under different network load conditions are experimentally verified. The experimental results show that the CDT protocol has significant advantages in terms of delay, packet loss rate and bandwidth utilization, and can effectively ensure the secure transmission of time series data in a complex network environment. At the same time, the data synchronization and integrity assurance mechanism ensures that the data is not tampered with or lost during transmission through methods such as hash verification, which provides reliable guarantee for the efficient and safe operation of thermal power plants. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis and practical application support for the transmission of time series data in industrial control systems.
