Design of a Synchronous Motor Speed Controller Using an Improved Fuzzy Control Algorithm
In response to issues such as large speed overshoot, insufficient stability, system chatter, and insufficient speed of approaching the sliding surface encountered in the application of traditional sliding mode control (SMC) and improved SMC in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), this paper proposes a PMSM controller based on improved fuzzy SMC. By introducing fuzzy control concepts into improved SMC, the parameters such as improved speed are further optimized, effectively controlling the dynamic approaching process of the system. Additionally, a sign function is introduced to address issues such as discontinuous switching. Phenomena such as speed overshoot and chatter are analyzed, and compared to traditional SMC and improved SMC, further validating the higher effectiveness of the fuzzy SMC studied in this paper.
