Research on Privacy Protection and Data Security of Smart Grid Based on EBGN Model
With the integration and development of emerging technologies such as the Internet, big data, and 5G with power systems, smart grids have enhanced their ability to absorb and regulate renewable energy sources, while also bringing new security challenges. The operation of smart grids relies on the exchange of massive amounts of data and the support of digital platforms, which poses severe security issues for data collection, analysis, transmission, and display, such as data leakage and malicious attacks. In view of the privacy protection needs of smart grids, this paper constructs an EBGN model, using EBGN homomorphic encryption technology to build a framework for multi-dimensional data aggregation and access control. By encrypting with the EBGN algorithm, not only can the multi-dimensional attributes of the data be maintained, but each dimension of the data can also be independently decrypted with their respective private keys. The EBGN model can effectively encrypt data within smart grids while maintaining the computability and security of the data, meeting the needs for data security and privacy protection in smart grids.
