THE USE OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS IN SOLVING THE HOUSING PROBLEM OF SINGLE-INDUSTRY TOWNS
The relevance of the study is driven by the implementation of Russia’s national projects, which require meeting the targets of the demographic family formula within the framework of a market-based housing provision model. The current housing provision mechanism demonstrates low adaptability to the economic specifics of regions, a significant portion of which are single-industry towns. This creates substantial imbalances in their further development and economic diversification. In this regard, it is imperative to enhance the efficiency of housing reproduction in cities with varying levels of economic potential. The core research idea involves developing conceptual foundations for housing reproduction aimed at formulating scientifically grounded recommendations for improving the owner-builder method of construction. The scientific novelty lies in the development of the author’s real estate reproduction concept, which provides a comprehensive understanding of the housing reproduction mechanism under market conditions and enables a scientifically justified choice of construction methods for single-industry territories.
