INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INFORMATION MODELING TECHNOLOGIES (IMT) WHEN CARRYING OUT CONSTRUCTION CONTROL MEASURES FOR A CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION FACILITY

The article explores the application of Information Modeling Technologies (IMT) in the process of construction control of capital construction projects. It discusses the introduction of BIM technologies to improve accuracy, speed up the approval process, and reduce the risks of errors. The levels of development (LOD) of models are described, along with the practical use of BIM at various stages of construction. The analysis of the effectiveness of digital tools shows a significant reduction in labor costs, construction time, and improvement in the quality of construction work.
