ENSURING ACCESSIBILITY OF TRAINING USING VIRTUAL REALITY TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

The article examines the management principles of using virtual reality technologies (VR technologies) to ensure the inclusiveness of the educational process. The study is based on various aspects of the use of VR technologies in education for the adaptation of students with disabilities and existing social and psychological problems. Much attention is paid to the practical side of the use of VR technologies in education, as well as to the consideration of empirical data and possible obstacles in the course of ensuring the availability of educational programs. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of VR technologies should become a flexible management tool that directly involves all students in the learning process, ensuring the inclusiveness of education. This expands the discussion on management in the period of digital transformation, focusing on innovations related to accessibility and equality.
