Reliability Analysis of Random Component Failure in a Series Hydraulic Robot Configuration
In this manuscript, we analyse the reliability of hydraulic and electromagnetic robots using the block diagram technique, that all components form a series configuration, meaning if any components fails, the robot collapses. Hydraulic actuators are controlled by servo valves, and each limb receives this motion directly or indirectly. Robotic systems are increasingly used for inspection and maintenance due to their versatility in challenging conditions, offering worker efficiency and safety. Robotic manipulators are a significant part of these systems, as they provide a significant portion of the robots used in these settings. Robotic solutions enhance manufacturing processes in the Industrial Revolution, enhancing productivity, and reducing production cycle time, and total cost. We also analyses the failure components in the hydraulic robot system which helps the reliability of doing the proper work in the industry by a hydraulic robot and saves money and time.
