Study on Identification Method of Key Factors Affecting Substation Location

In order to explore the key factors affecting substation location selection and improve the scientificity and effectiveness of substation location selection, a method for identifying key factors based on improved correspondence analysis is proposed, which summarizes 26 factors affecting substation location selection in relevant literatures, establishes a contingency table of expert samples and influencing factors by expert survey method, and improves convergence performance by improved correspondence analysis model, and finally identifies key factors affecting substation location selection. The results show that the most important factors affecting substation location are influence on residential area, power grid loss, investment in substation construction, distance from load center, integration of urban and rural planning, geological conditions and topographic conditions.
