AI Experience: Crafting Seamless Interactions Between Humans and Machines in Boosting Health and Engagement Among Employees in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia (Groundwork of SDG 8)

The study explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) experience on employee health and work engagement inside companies in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. It aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8) objectives. So, promoting decent work and economic success through artificial intelligence could boost engagement and productivity, but its implications on employee well-being are nuanced. Health harm refers to a variety of work-related health issues including burnout, emotional stress, and sleep problems. Although the present research shows a statistically significant positive association between AI experience and work engagement, the link between AI experience and health damage and health harm and job engagement was not statistically significant. These results imply that although artificial intelligence experience might improve engagement, its effects on health negative effects call for more research. The study emphasizes the need for more research to define the circumstances in which artificial intelligence could affect employee health and engagement, therefore promoting environmentally friendly and motivating workplaces.
