Enahanced Text Summarization System Using Machine Learning
Good communication is vital to modern collaboration, especially in an era when digital networks and remote work are the new standard. The rise of chat-based communication tools has rendered it ever more necessary to report detailed conversations in order to extract critical information. By using advanced chat summarizing methods, this article explores how Artificial Intelligence-fueled Natural Language Processing (NLP) can enhance team collaboration. We focus on the inclusion of big language models (LLMs) combined with AI models such as Groq in automatically supplying abridged discussions of dialogue records to help groups comprehend salient details swiftly without being subjected to extended logs. We demonstrate how AI can make communication processes simpler, reduce mental load, and improve decision-making by building and evaluating a chatbot system using the Telegram API, SQLite as the database for storage, and Groq's AI for summarization. Our approach gives businesses a viable means of maintaining efficiency and transparency in their online discussions through the use of contextual analysis and semantic understanding.
