Design of Small Harvesting Robot Suitable for Flexible Gripping Through ANSYS and Finite Element Analysis
This project explores a small harvesting robot designed to flexibly grip agricultural products. It includes a tapered clamping device at the front, a flexible conveyor for clamping in the center, and a collecting device at the end. The robot's functions include cutting, clamping, transporting, and collecting economic products and adaptable clamping devices designed to meet collection needs. Static analysis of rolls using Ansys and modal analysis of a falling rotor tool to determine modal vibration patterns. The machine operates in fields for scallion planting and can autonomously perform various harvesting tasks. Ultimately, experimental and simulation analyses have led to the development of a small harvesting robot capable of flexibly gripping agricultural products.
