Research on the Vibration Fault Mechanism of Pumped Storage Units
The derivation process of the unbalanced magnetic pulling force of the generator under rotor static eccentricity, rotor dynamic eccentricity, and stator short circuit faults, and the establishment of finite element models for rotor static eccentricity, rotor dynamic eccentricity, and stator short circuit states were carried out and simulated. Combined with the subsequent mechanical vibration characteristics and hydraulic vibration characteristics, the factors that may cause unit vibration were analyzed. We need to conduct research on the vibration fault mechanism of pumped storage units, and calculate the frequency of various excitation forces according to different forms of excitation forces in pumped storage units such as hydraulic, mechanical, and electromagnetic; This paper establishes digital twin models of each component of the pumped storage unit shaft system, and determine the components or factors that may cause unit vibration through simulation analysis.
