Research on System Algorithms of Efficient Robots Based on Dynamic Parameter Modeling
This paper explores the design and implementation of an intelligent robotic system for dynamic object interaction, focusing on enhancing task accuracy and operational efficiency. The system employs a lightweight, highstrength framework constructed from aluminum tubes and carbon fiber panels. 3D modeling was conducted using SolidWorks, integrated with finite element analysis to ensure structural safety and stability under load conditions. The primary configuration features a multi-axis mechanism, an adaptive tilting structure, and an omnidirectional mobility system. The multi-degree-of-freedom arms execute precision interaction tasks, while the tilting structure dynamically adjusts to variable trajectories. On the control side, the system is powered by an STM32 microcontroller and Yushu motors. Real-time trajectory analysis, facilitated by LIDAR and binocular vision, computes the required adjustments using inverse kinematics and the Jacobian matrix, enabling precise manipulation and adaptive motion coordination within the system's multi-axis configuration.
